1. Applications may be made by post, telephone, fax, email or in person to the Music at Winchester Box Office.
2. Postal applications received before booking opens will be dealt with in order of receipt when booking opens.
3. A handling charge of 50p will be made if tickets are to be posted.Tickets can also be collected at Music at Winchester Box Office or at the door prior to the performance at no charge.

4. Tickets are offered subject to availability. If tickets are sold out in the price range of your choice, the Box Office manager will issue tickets in an alternative price range unless otherwise requested.
5. If payment is made by cheque please telephone first to confirm availability or leave the amount blank with a maximum entered between the crossed lines, ie sum not exceeding £xx.xxp. The Box Office manager will enter the correct amount.
6. We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The right is reserved to substitute artists and vary programmes if necessary. It is regretted that in the event of alteration no refund can be made.
