Music at Winchester Ticket Agency

Music at Winchester will act as ticket agent for events in and around Winchester . We have a computerised box office and can supply tickets, printed at time of sale, or sell the event organisers pre-printed tickets.

In addition we will display publicity material, for example posters and flyers, and distribute publicity material. We can organise mail shots tailored to you requirements to all or part of our sophisticated database of almost 15,000 people.

Music at Winchester Ltd. (MaW) will take a 10% commission (plus VAT) on tickets sold by MaW.

The event organiser is responsible for supplying MaW with all information regarding the event.

MaW will include details of events on our website.

Tickets can be purchased in person, by post, phone, fax or email.

Tickets can be sent by post (for a small handling fee) or collected from the box office or at the venue prior to the concert provided the event organiser collects them from the box office.

MaW will accept payment from customers by cash, cheque, credit and debit cards. The card transaction charges will be passed on to the event organiser.

MaW will either use pre-printed tickets supplied by the event organiser or generate computer tickets at the time of sale. Computer tickets will be charged at a £12.76 per 250 tickets plus VAT. (Minimum charge £15.00).

MaW will pass on the ticket receipts less MaW costs within 3 weeks of the event.

MaW will not be responsible for any refunds to customers because of cancellation or changes to the event.

Maw does not demand sole agency.
