For events organised by Music at Winchester Member s of The Friends receive:

• Priority booking three weeks in advance of the public
• Events brochure mailed direct to your house
• Discounts on tickets for selected events
• A personal invitation to the AGM - Including a small recital
• Special occasions organised for the Friends

Membership £20 single or £30 joint (minimum) per annum

Chairman's Appeal

It is entirely appropriate that " The Friends of Music at Winchester " should have been formed to support Music at Winchester . As it relies heavily on local support to maintain its record of excellence. The Winchester Festival was the natural reflection of the great success and appreciation of these Concerts - our name and logo has been extended to this effect.

We are committed to help maintain its record of excellence and in this respect we are able to help with sponsorship of events. We also extend financial help to young talented musicians in Hampshire and are currently funding extra tuition for four Students.

This is all due to the generosity and support of the Friends. I would ask all those who are not yet Friends to join us in the knowledge that you will be helping to continue this work as well as benefiting from the special privileges of membership.
